Human Aging Disease
Diseases that cause aging are severe and lead to premature aging and death at a younger age itself. These types of diseases are rare. But when they attack, they are severe and they have no cure. One of such diseases that cause pre-mature aging and leads to death at age of 13 it is Progeria. This attacks children and causes premature aging. There are several other such diseases like, Xeroderma Pigmentosum, Werner Syndrome. Some other notable diseases are Cockayne’s Syndrome and Bloom Syndrome. These are mainly due to genetic disorders and hence finding a cure is very difficult.

On the other hand, there are several diseases caused due to aging. The most common of them is the osteoporosis and the Arthritis. Both are disorders related to bone and deficiency in minerals.
